The Census Bureau's mission is to serve as the nation's leading provider of quality data about its people and economy.

Every year, the Census Bureau publishes population estimates and demographic components of change, such as births, deaths, and migration. This data can be sorted by characteristics such as age, sex, and race, as well as by national, state, and county location.

The RISE Tracker is an Economic Reimbursable Surveys Division (ERD) Data Acquisition and Curation (DAC) area-wide tracking system, including tracking all aspects of agreement and contract development, through any subsequent data ingest, linkage, registration, provisioning, and project, data, or user access of the administrative records received from those agreements or contracts. This effort also includes tracking other work as necessary that these staffs in the ERD DAC perform that are outside the typical production flow of administrative records from project inception through data usage.
